PAISTE Dixie 14” Medium Thin hi hat, 1975. Vintage. acrolite and the laquer finish wasUsed 14 hi hat in very good condition, without major defects. Top 592 grams, bottom 605 grams. The Dixie series was introduced by Paiste in 1963, as a line dedicated to students and beginners; initially it was made with the Nickel Silver NS12 alloy and subsequently with the B8 alloy (CuSn8) later made famous with the 2002 line. The hi hat you see pictured dates back to 1975, and the Dixies went out of production a few years later, in 1978. Very light,
