Grapes are 100% destemmed. Cold soak for five days, then fermentation during 10 days. Aged for 12 months in barrel, only 20% of which are new. Vines were planted in 1982, 1986. Clay and limestone soil. Antoine Jobard's is as classy and as consistent a property as youll find in Burgundy, and theirs are generally counted among the best Meursaults.
