with a 24-hour maceration of the grapes and 14 days of malolectic fermentation

Following a good summer ripening the Pinot Gris was part barrel fermented in French oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this medium-bodied dry wine

and the wines are aged in barrel for 10 months
