The Haut-Creme measures about 3" in diameter and the Lanolin Creme measures about 2" in diameter

This style of briefcase was the standard for the early 1900's and was only slowly replaced by slightly more modern designs in the 1930's

but it does have a few flaws

the dress has been let out and you can see the extent of the fading

scratches and a little light denting

There are 4 interior pockets for cigars which appear to be slightly reenforced to keep your cigars from crushing too much, although years of being empty have flattened the case a bit.
