Is has elements normally associated with pre war flashlights and some which I normally associate with post war flashlights

The front says "American Red Cross Volunteer" and the back is marked "BBCO Sterling"

The lid does not stay closed very well

Novelty WWI Artillery Shell Photo Frame part This one has a goodDurch Kampf zum Sieg (through struggle to victory) artillery shell shaped photo frame with a WWI Iron cross on top. It is a little dirty but is still a striking frame. It has a studio portrait of an enlisted infantryman in Wehrmacht dress uniform. I am sure the frame is WWI, but the picture is obviously WWII. The photo was in the frame like this when I found it. It is made from metal.
