The WAC changed from the walking eagle to the standard eagle that was used on men's hats in late summer of 1943. Fairly good condition. There is a small mark on the front and on the side. Some dark spots on the inside of the hat band. The insignia has some oxidation. Some light staining on the sweatband. Slightly misshapen
