We originally thought it might have been a game piece container but the image in the Bakelite is too similar to the collar studs so I now believe that is what it was for

The Bakelite case is in good condition and has extra places for spare blades

It is a little dirty and needs a good cleaning

Navy WAVES Two Piece Tie communication it does not have anyVintage WWII US Navy WAVES two piece tie. Very dark blue color. This style seems to be the more common wartime one. Overall good shape with light wear. Some fraying on the end near the buttonhole. This tie was worn with the white shirt, the reserve blue shirt and the seersucker working uniform. It was worn under the shirt collar with the knot placed at the collar opening and the tie ends tucked under the collar tips.
