Marius Wines Matarius Mataro 2017 Brand_Pickering intense yet preciseThe grapes for Marius Wines Matarius Mataro 2017 are grown at the Paeroa vineyard at Willunga. The fruit is hand picked and fermented in small open fermenters. It is then gently basket pressed and transferred to French and American hogsheads where it undergoes malolactic fermintation. The wine is then matured for 21 months in oak before bottling. The Marius Vineyard is located on the south east side of McLaren Vale. All their fruit is hand picked
