For Farfalle we recommend delicate dips: butter based sauces with peas and ham; white sauces with not too strong flavour based on salmon and cream; sauces based on tender and soft cheese with saffron or curry additive. They are also great for preparing colourful and imaginative pasta salads. Available in 500g packs.
