I have seen the Hebel name before on original items so it is likely roughly from the WWII period but could be pre or post war

German Fisheye Flashlight w/ Wire Button Loop LAVIN PAID I know it is atOriginal German fisheye type flashlight. It is very clean inside but the outside shows some wear, age, and light rust. This is a more civilian looking flashlight. It has a nice wire type button loop. There is an R. B. Nr. stamp on the bottom but I believe this was added in the 1990's to make it "more original" as this was common.
