They are currently covered in a thin layer of orange rusty powder but the rounds look like they are have most of their original paint with good markings

It does not have a size label but it measures about a size 23 (a larger size)

The leather belt loop/ button tabs on the back are still in good condition

It is a very small see (see photo of ring on the sizing tool). It does have some wear, but is in decent, wearable shape.
