Chateau les Gravieres de la Brandille, Bordeaux Superieur, AME, 2015 Nero di Troia Bourbon mixed with Stranahan's andRounded and structured with more mature tannins than its younger brother (our house Bordeaux) this wine forgoes Cabernet Franc, and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The Merlot gives richness, lifted by acidity and spicy layers characteristic of Cabernet Sauvignon. Pair with rich stews or indulgent cheeses.
