Gustave Lorentz Cremant d'Alsace Brut 17yo Produced from a blend ofGustave Lorentz Crmant d'Alsace Brut is a sparkling wine crafted from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. Grapes, picked healthy and whole without any trace of rot, are carefully set down in the press, following rules identical to the "Mthode Champenoise." The first fermentation, known as "Vin de Base," takes place in tanks while the second fermentation, called "Prise de Mousse," occurs in the bottle itself in cool cellars.
