Distilled in 1986, matured exclusively for 31 years in a sherry hogshead and bottled in 2018. Only 210 bottles were produced. Bottled at 44. 5%. Nose: Fruit crumble, stewed fruits and blackberries. Palate: Honeycomb, milk chocolate and ginger cake. A little waxiness coats the mouth.
