This is a sunset captured using the water on the front of my lens port to distort and shift the perspective into something you couldn't see from anywhere else

There's a particular kind of stillness you find underwater that exists nowhere else — where gravity loosens its grip and everything drifts

and the water did the rest

and then one January morning the conditions came back around and I was ready for it
