This is an early post war manufactured German multitool
Roll of Pre War KABA Cacao Paper Caps Matt so is most likely 1940sOriginal roll of unused Kaba paper bottle caps rather like milk bottle caps for the German equivalent of Nesquick. What is strange is that the drink doesn't look like it was supplied in a bottled ready to drink form and yet these look like they were indeed for some kind of bottled version. There is even a thin center bit that looks like it would have been for a straw. Perhaps these were created for a short lived promotion or for a ready to drink
