Exceptionally rare, this might be the only example you will ever see. While these are unissued and unworn, they do have some storage related wear. There is subtle water staining on both legs around the knees, which is mostly obscured by the deep blue color making it somewhat difficult to photograph. I believe the folded trousers sucked up some water from one end
