Three glass buttons on each end. It measures about 29" end to end. There is no way to attach the belt to itself. I wonder if perhaps a ribbon wrapped around the buttons would cinch it closed and look the part. Overall fairly good condition with some general wear. There is some white writing on the back on one end.
