WW2 Royal Canadian Air Force Navigator's Brevet Wing Badge WW2 officer badge pair 1938 onwardsAn original Royal Canadian Air Force (R. C. A. F.) navigator's trade brevet wing breast badge. Machine woven on black wool backing. Fine condition. Navigators played a vital role in Bomber Command, Transport Command, and Coastal Command crews. During WW2, Canada trained tens of thousands of aircrew under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP). This brevet would have been worn on the left breast of the service dress or battledress blouse.
