V for Victory Paper Headband small it may be something marketedVintage 1940s WWII V for Victory paper headband. The "V for Victory" is made for a shiny iridescent paper. Made in U. S. A. Decent condition, some light wear and some rust on the staples. It has been stored flat for years and the areas where the sides are creased are showing wear. IT WILL MOST LIKELY RIP IF YOU TRY TO WEAR IT. We have several available. Some have some discoloration spots on the writing. The corner of the V on some shows wear. See
