Art Nouveau Diamond Four-Stone Ring vintage The middle is open andGorgeous, and somewhat unusual, Art Nouveau diamond ring dating from the early 20th century. It's set with four old mine cut diamonds arranged asymmetrically around the head two punctuate the ends of the crossover shoulders, and a further two are nestled in the middle, possibly designed to wrap around a solitaire engagement ring (which it does remarkably well, if it's not a deliberate design feature).
