Given that we have access to some great quality artisanal miso cured bacon thanks to The Daily Cut, we decided to do a Quiche Lorraine, albeit with our own twist. Here we have a savoury, sweet & spicy sour cream custard filling studded with a generous layer of bacon bits, capers & jalapenos. We finish it off chunks of goat cheese. This deeply savoury combination works wonderfully with
