Yirgacheffe Gedeb Huke Banko Gotiti Ethiopia Natural Size:280g please check the available datesThis natural processed coffee comes from over 600 smallholder farmers in the Gotiti Kebele area of Yirgacheffe, one of the most renowned coffee growing regions of Ethiopia and processed at the Huke Washing Station. Cherries were hand sorted and floated to separate by density. After initial separation, rinsed cherries are laid out to dry on raised beds in layers 5cm thick, where the cherries are turned 5 to 6 times per day to ensure even sun exposure
