RA 8190 SUPERB EXAMPLE OF PRE-GROUPING 3 ASPECT EX G.N.R. L.N.E.R "HITCHIN" ship-zone-d this handle would have beenA pre grouping ex Great Northern Railway 3 aspect handlamp which was absorbed into the London & North Eastern Railway, this lamp is complete and stamped G. N. R. in two places along with a date 22 85 (Dec 1885) and an eye catching large brass plate "LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, HITCHEN". All coloured shades are in good order, the lamp has a great patina.
