A fairly scarce section alloy single line key WHITSTONE & BRIDGERULE-BUDE" from the former  London & South Western Railway on the section of the  North Cornwall Railway closed in 1966

SIGNAL BOX SHELF BRACKET. ship-zone-d All these keys which haveA Great Western Railway cast iron signal box shelf bracket, these fine brackets were only ever used in signal boxes and supported a large shelf above the windows and were used to store lamps and train registers etc. This example has many layers of old paint adding a nice patina, the pictures show such a bracket in Hallen Marsh signal box. The bracket measures 10 1 2" X 10 1 2".
