The structure is complete and the wine feels pretty well balanced, but the depth of flavor and overall complexity leave a little bit to be desired. Just starting to develop some honeyed aromas, which might merit further aging (the structure is there). Paired well with a simple semi firm cheese, but didn't stand up to a more richly aromatic meal.
