Doppio Passo Primitivo – 13.5% ABV IGT Salento 75cl Size:x6 Malvasia Fina and ViosinhoDeep ruby red in colour with ripe black cherry and blackberry flavours. Doppio Passo gets its name from the 'ripasso' style of winemaking a technique that involves a short second fermentation on the pulp and skins left over from the first fermentation to give extra body and texture. The winery also uses a proportion of later harvested, super ripe grapes in the blend to give this wine a silky smooth texture with plump, jammy fruitiness. Vegan
