Victorian Futurist Garnet 5-Stone Ring cameos & intaglios Era: Victorian 1886Futuristic looking antique five stone ring made during the last decade of the 19th century. The stones are pinky purple garnet, with the exception of one end stone which is a cranberry glass (pasted) replacement. The rosy gold sets up a pleasing colour palette with the rich purple red of the garnets. English, 9ct gold, circa 1890. Era: Late Victorian Ring size: 7. 25 US or O UK AUS Head size: 16. 5mm by 5. 6mm Stones: Garnet (type: almandine pyrope).
