A great looking Art Deco Heal’s armchair with its appealing painted beech bentwood frame giving full support to a comfortable and neat sized seat

One does have part of its lower fin missing

We have the Race label to the underside of the seat

Both bases are stamped Arkana 22 denoting the maker and size underneath the bases and the black with blue mottled granite tops are a new addition and work well

We would assume around 1910 and such a decorative piece with its hinged lid revealing plenty of space for odd and sods. It is well aged with its well cast wreath shaped handles, beaded top and lovely reeded pillar like legs. The piece sits firm with good historic wear. The
