Montelobos Tobala Mezcal 70cl Emporia Brands The result is a RumProduced in Puebla from a partnership between Ivan Saldana and the Alva family, both known for growing Tobala Agave. To create this Joven Mezcal they take their cultivated Tobala Agave and roast inside a ground pit for up to a week before double distillation occurs. Citrus Lemon hits the palate first before waves of Fresh Herbs develop with an oily undertone and Earthy finish.
