Hand cut and hand sewn in my home studio in Montclair, NJ, these delicate decorations are extra long and perfect for decorating a dorm room, classroom, or birthday party! Each 60 inch (152. 4cm) garland is made of 120 hearts tripled up so they can be folded back to create 40 3D hearts. They have been machine stitched together. Each
