There are definite arts and crafts overtones and it's certainly a hand made, one off piece but we think it's a pretty, generic piece from the time rather than something that can be attributed to a maker. Whenever you see Opal pieces from this time you think of Rhoda Wager but she more often than not worked in silver and her pieces were usually a little more elaborate. Age: c1920
