Released in 1987, the record marked the introduction of both bassist Karl Alvarez and guitarist Stephen Egerton, whose arrival brought fresh melodic ideas and more complex instrumentation to the band through their democratic songwriting process. The album takes it's title from the concept of "All" (achieving the "total extent"), coined by Bill Stevenson and his friend Pat
