Robinot's grapes grow in a mixture of red clay, quartz, and limestone in the Jasnires appellation. There is no mark of the AOC however, as Robinot is not interested in applying for the appellation status. And of course, there is no sulphur added at any point in Robinot's wine making process. He is Ecocert certified.
