The front depicts St. George with the vanquished dragon and is signed HARDEN AS. The reverse has a coat of arms with the Latin phrase QUIS ET DEUS meaning Who is like God. The medallion measures one and 3 4 inches from top to bottom including the ring and it weighs 22. 72 g. Unmarked but acid tested for sterling.
