this Z-shaped cascade been wearing into the shale bedrock for eons

so I left the shutter open for 30-seconds to capture all the action

It's tucked on a quiet country road in a gorgeous hemlock ravine

Let’s raise some money for the underdog nation fighting like hell to maintain it’s independence (with a spirit Clevelanders & the world at large can relate to)

This year I tried to pay homage to some of the elaborate original detail-work in the railings

The appearance of this hunting Barred Owl was a total surprise on the way back to the car. I couldn't change lenses fast enough, but managed to catch this shot of the bird surveying its territory in the falling snow :)
