Coteaux Bourguignons Blanc En Bollery, 2022 black treacle and spiceThis year is the first vintage of this wine, from organically farmed chardonnay vines which overlook the Grand Cru vineyard site of Clos Vougeot and Flagey Echezeaux. Pale straw tinged through with green fading to a water white rim. An intense, well defined nose of cantaloupe melon, pear and tangerine fruit, with elements of gunflint, aniseed, and hazelnut. On the palate there is an immediate burst of bright, lifted acidity. The wine is really clean
