Maria Costanza Rosso DOP this flour enhances the aromaCrafted from Sicilys emblematic Nero dAvola, this organic red wine undergoes refinement for approximately 18 months partly in barriques of various oaks and partly in stainless steel vats before a final maturation in bottle. It displays an intense red colour with vibrant purple reflections. The bouquet reveals pronounced floral and fruity aromas, dominated by black cherry, and lifted by subtle spicy notes and aromatic nuances of nettle and fig leaf. On
