but this morning's conditions were asking for it

the birds were doing a lot flying around

Hope to never lose that childish sense of wonder when white stuff falls from the sky

What wasn't planned for was the sizable surf pounding the beach where I had planned to launch

Those who know me are probably sick of hearing about it

Dark clouds obscured the horizon, but I walked the bridge anyhow, grateful for the fresh air. Then it happened!
