The finger coverage is unreal but unsurprising given the 7 carat total spread of the three stones. It dates from the 1920s, built in 18 carat yellow gold with platinum tiffany settings. Fun fact: zircon contains uranium, and its mild radioactivity* can break down the internal crystalline structure over time. This process, known as metamictisation, can be reversed by heating.
