Chateau des Jacques Morgon Cote du Py 2015 Bottle:12 The palate shows notable sweetnessWinery: Louis Jadot Grapes: Gamay Region: Morgon Regional styles: Beaujolais Red Food pairing: Pasta Veal Pork Poultry Dark inky purple, with aromas of dark and red fruits and an earthy barnyard. On the palate a sense of blackberry with some rich black pepper. Nice acidity and very strong tannins. Needs several years before it will mellow. As of now, could be mistaken for a more powerful style. Fuller then any other Beaujolais ive ever drank before.
