Unlike its better known mainland sibling Port, Madeira wine comes in all styles from dry through to sweet. However, this is a truly classic sweet wine that is now 20 years old, cask aged for a minimum of 15 years before bottling. This is a premium, single grape varietal wine, produced by the Canteiro process where the wine is in large wine casks which are initially stored for a
