Parallèle 45 Rosé Vodka Tasting Note is Dried FruitA blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah, this racy Ros has some serious weight on the palate. Vinified as a vin de saigne, a short maceration with a long fermentation under controlled temperatures is employed. This wine defines the word delicious! A clear, pale fuchsia in color with flavors of pink grapefruit, orange, and pomegranate. Round and fresh in the mouth. Pairs with Pork, Rich Fish, Shellfish, Poultry.
