Will NOT fit 2" outlet. Fits into one of your outlets which reduces it to 1", absorbing and reflecting sound waves back inside the tube, making it significantly quieter. This will reduce flow horsepower so it is not recommended with a turbo application or for extended wide open throttle pulls.
