The serpent features finely textured scales, the tail looped around the head in an rudimentary knot, featuring ruby eyes and a diamond 'brain'. From its mouth dangles a sumptuous old cut diamond with the most remarkable apricot hue. The stone rests in a simple eight prong crown setting, that's articulated allowing it to move around freely on the finger. Crafted in 18ct
