Tenshen White 2017 Bottle:12 Rich and honeyed in theAlex Guarachi's Rhone style white blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Chardonnay blooms with expressiveness. With an ABV of 14. 7% it aged for five months in 80% neutral oak and 20% stainless steel. Aromas of honeysuckle, lemongrass, and sea spray lead to flavors of tart tangerine and oregano seasoned apricot. The acidity, edgy and mineral driven is where the "tenshen" lies.
