'My Life is Complete. Part Two' Lotus this week (taken around 4:45Ever see a baby hummingbird? Neither had Iuntil a few days ago! This guy is long gone from the nest at this point. Itd sit up on the nest edge that day & flap its wings furiously. The crazy thing is when Id visited a week before, there wasnt a youngster in sight. It mustve fit perfectly below eye level in that lichen covered teacup (Ruby throated Hummingbird nests are bound together by spider web and coated with lichen for camouflage).
