This is another study of the Japanese Maple that lives outside my front door

These brilliant eye-popping reds will capture everyone's attention and add a splash of color to your spring and summer wardrobe

so I named it after the Biblical figure Jacob

The different blues of the ice and snow contrasted richly with the dark parts of the water
