Az. Agr. 499 Enigma Bianco Size:750 ml 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from theEnigma Bianco is a dry wine that falls outside the rules of the DOCG Moscato d'Asti. Hence the uninspiring designation "Vino Bianco" on the label of this wine. That does not do justice to the tension that you find in this bottle In the nose lychee, passion fruit, rose petals, mandarin and dill. In the mouth the wine is much fresher than the smell suggests. The fruit is supported by a chalky minerality and tight acids that slowly cleanse the mouth.
