The resulting liquid is bursting with notes of Zesty Orange and Citrus with notes of Sweet Honey and Vanilla

with depth and clarity of flavour

with Rhubarb being chosen to add a Tartness to the drink whilst the Hibiscus is designed to mellow and create a floral twist

To do this they took Deconstructed Orange Bitters which allowed the flavours from the botanicals to be retained and not overpowered by the flavours
